Reform Elementary Media Center
Glenda Pate Media Center
Reform Elementary School's Library is named for Glenda Pate, who is a resident of Reform and was the school's librarian for 35 years. The facility was dedicated in her honor in April 2007.
The library houses books of every interest and level as well as reference and informational resources. The library also has nine computers for student use as well as a Promethean ActivePanel and Wi-Fi connection. All student computers have access to Microsoft Office.
Students check out books weekly. They are able to use the Accelerated Reader Program, which tests student knowledge of the books they have read.
The Reform Elementary Media Center supports the Pickens County Board of Education's mission statement, "Inspiring Ethical Leaders...One Child at a Time."
